I offer virtual therapy for teens and young adults across Oshawa, Durham Region, and Ontario. I specialize in anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, identity concerns, school stress, and family conflict. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck in patterns like people-pleasing, emotional shutdown, or constant self-doubt. Therapy with me is a warm, supportive, and culturally responsive space where you can speak openly without judgment. Together, we work on building confidence, setting healthier boundaries, managing emotions, and developing practical coping strategies for everyday life. I draw from strength-based, person-centered, and solution-focused approaches to support meaningful, lasting change. Services are offered virtually, making therapy accessible for busy students and families across Ontario.
