AssetOSX is a Toronto-based real estate technology company that builds the operating system for enterprise property media and operations. AssetOSX standardizes pricing, dispatches a vetted technician network with service-level guarantees, automates scheduling and routing, and produces finance-grade invoicing and reconciliation. Every asset flows into a portfolio-wide media library that listing agents, marketing teams, and corporate stakeholders can pull from on demand. Founded in 2018 by Aaron Tench, AssetOSX serves commercial real estate organizations across the United States and Canada, with customers including Cushman and Wakefield, Colliers, Newmark, and QuadReal.
