Are you struggling with Anxiety, PTSD, Trauma or Dissociation? Do you sometimes numb yourself? Are your coping strategies no longer working? Are you overwhelmed by life and find yourself feeling stuck, bored or depressed? Maybe you are worried about your child, and trauma they have experienced. Whatever your age, and whatever you feel alone with, I want you to know- I'm here and I can help! In our time spent together, I hope to create opportunities for you to begin to heal your life. It starts with you! How can I help? With over twenty years of experience and continuous training, I have a unique skill set to meet your needs. I can help you discover what triggers you, help you to get curious about your own life, and help you set the intention for the life you truly want! Most importantly, I want to support you, in the way you need to be supported. I want our relationship to be rooted in trust, kindness and cooperation.
