It is my business to provide unconditional acceptance, a peaceful and confidently environment. The expression of grief is encouraged and psychoeducation, cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma therapy to calm the nervous system into a relaxed state for healing. Addiction therapy explores the deeper feelings and issue to get relief. A better way to express anger is taught along with Communication skills which are to be practiced between sessions.
