About Clear Minds Counselling

I practice from a position of unconditional positive regard. Working collaboratively with each client to focus the direction of each session. I work from a solution-focused perspective and believe people are capable of solving their problems with a bit of guidance. I know a lot of people think they aren't capable. I am coming to see you because I can't solve this. You have recognized a problem, you are searching for ways to that fix problem and you understand that you need help; to me that sounds like you are capable. I firmly believe people are experts in their own lives, it is not for me to pass opinions, judgments or decide how a client should change. We will work together and collaboratively to discover which changes are best for the clients life. I use integrated therapeutic approaches that align with the client's desires for change, and the approach that best suits them and their individual situation. No two clients or situations are alike as such they need individual.
