Couples and Family Therapy provides a compassionate, trauma-informed space for individuals (including children), couples, and families. They offer both in-person sessions at their cozy location in Fonthill (complete with private rooms and refreshments) and virtual appointments across Ontario. Their dedicated therapists-Nicole Rethy (BA, MSW, RSW), Allison Whitty (BA, MA, RP(Q)), Madalyn Hillmer (BA, MA, RP), Tracey Marshall (BA, MA, RP), and David Angus (BSW, MSW, RSW)-bring varied expertise in supporting ADHD, behavioural concerns, anxiety, low mood, athletes, first responders, trauma, infidelity, addiction, perinatal and post natal care, grief, loss, and more. They are trained in a variety of modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, narrative, solution focused, somatic, and mindfulness based approaches as well as a few others.
