About Dr Corinne Borbridge
I have learned a great deal in my 20 years as a Psychologist but one thing remains constant - I am honored to journey with people as they transform towards wellness, to offer compassionate presence and therapeutic knowing during times of struggle. I believe that people are both amazing and messy at the same time. My role is to meet people where they are so that we can find a way to live deeply in the "amazing" while easing the "messy." I work with teens, adults, and couples and I have special interests in relationships, attachment, anxiety, trauma, sexuality, grief, and supporting families with ill or special needs children. I draw on several different approaches to therapy depending on what clients need. My work is particularly influenced by advanced training in Hakomi, a therapy approach that integrates cognitive, emotional, and physiological realms as sources of knowing.
