About Dr Lynn Superstein-Raber

Hi, my name is Dr. Lynn Superstein-Raber. I'm a seasoned psychologist and psychoanalyst in Vancouver B.C. I have over 30 years experience helping people overcome anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles. Regardless of the problems you're having, I am optimistic that I can help. In three decades of psychotherapy practice I have come to know that even when problems seem hopeless, there is always hope. My goal is to help you heal the cause of your concerns so they don't return. I use an insight-oriented model to help you understand why you are struggling. I also use mindfulness meditation to help calm your mind and make better decisions. Many of my clients state that therapy has increased their ability to act from a place of conscious choice because they understand the source of their problems. They feel calmer, happier, and excited by the possibilities they have in their life.
