Floatation therapy, or REST (Restricted Environmental Stimulation Therapy), is undertaken by floating in warm, salt water in a float tank. It provides an unparalleled level of relaxation! It is based around the theory that much of our brains energy is spent dealing with incoming information from sight, sound, touch, and even dealing with gravity. We are surrounded with stimulation all day long and its exhausting! The tank is designed to limit all this external noise so that your mind and body can rest into deep relaxation.
