About Fitness Northwest
Fitness Northwest Gym is here to help you achieve your fitness goals. With over 8000 square feet of space on two floors we are able to provide you with the space and equipment that you need to get your style of workout done. We have a new Strive circuit of plate loaded equipment that you can use to get a quick and effective workout in without any experience. We have group fitness classes, all of which are included in your membership. We sell all of the best protein and supplements and make great fruit protein shakes in our juice bar. There is a stand up tanning bed and members get a discount. We also rent office space to: Darin's Barber shop, Bodyz by Design Sports Nutrition and a masseuse who specializes in body restructuring using the Rolfing method. We have 2 rooms available for rent (see Paul Mott for details). Fitness Northwest Gym is more than just a gym.
