In addition to talk therapy we provide creative approaches to psychotherapy including play therapy, art therapy and music therapy. We have dedicated our professional lives to learning how to help people process their emotions, solve problems and feel better. We specialize in creative approaches to psychotherapy and counselling including play therapy, music therapy and art therapy. Creative interventions help children in particular to be able to communicate what they may have difficult putting into words. It also helps children become more aware of their feelings and able to verbalize them and work through difficulties.
