About Healing Journey Psychological Services
Healing Journey Psychological Services has been providing counselling/ therapy to clients in Alberta since 2018. I believe that change and growth is constantly occurring in people's lives. As such I work with clients to recognize those positive changes, build resilience and explore their inner strength. As a Registered Psychologist, I work primarily with adult individuals and couples using an anti-oppressive and culturally informed lens. I am trained in numerous therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, SFBT, DBT, and Gottman Couples Therapy. I started Healing Journey Psychological Services because of the passion I have to support people as they navigate their daily life stressors. My motto "I am here to listen" highlights the importance of providing a safe, trauma-informed space for all clients as I journey alongside them.
