About Helen's Delicatessen

Since 1974, the home of Helen's Delicatessen has been at 50 James Street in downtown St. Catharines. Three generations of family history go into the knowledge of the food that is made fresh by us, daily. At Helen's Deli, we offer a wider and fresher menu than those found at fast food restaurant chains. Our sandwiches are made to order, hot foods are freshly prepared each morning, and our salad bar is the biggest there is with exclusively offering fresh produce from local farmers.
