Intentions Yoga supports highly sensitive, intuitive and ambitious women who have often experienced trauma. They are on a deep healing journey as they step into their role as community leaders. They are working through trust issues, seeking self-compassion and empowerment through embodiment and spiritual awakening. Intentions Yoga provides a blueprint to help women build confidence, embrace their authentic selves and bring their unique gifts to the world. Through yoga, embodiment practice and spiritual connection, I help women move through self-doubt and step into their potential. Through Intentions Yoga I envision a world where harmony is birthed from the inside out. Where my clients are fully empowered to share their voice, gifts, and purpose with the world - this is what will create heaven on earth.
