About Kelli Hanson Counselling & Hypnotherapy

I relocated to Vernon more than 20 years ago; I am a Cree Metis who grew up in the Kootenay-Boundary region. I am dedicated in helping you on your path to recovery because I care and have empathy for you. I am a professional hypnotherapist, a registered clinical counselor, and a former teacher. I also hold a master's degree in clinical counseling from Yorkville University. I've spent the last 15 years helping Indigenous and non-Indigenous children, teens, and adults deal with issues including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, grief and loss, sexuality, social challenges, and trauma from residential schools. I am passionate about assisting you in overcoming challenges to the success in life that you want and deserve. I use hypnotherapy to support this work, as well as for anxiety, trauma, and substance-related issues. Life can be better!
