About OP Wellness Services Corp.

OP Wellness Services provides compassionate, client-centred psychotherapy for individuals, couples, families, youth, and athletes. We support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, trauma, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, grief, life transitions, and emotional wellness difficulties. With over 20 years of experience in mental health and rehabilitation, we use evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, EMDR, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Walk-and-Talk Therapy. We also offer direct billing through TELUS Health, Sun Life, and Medavie Blue Cross to help make accessing therapy more convenient. Our goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where clients can build resilience, strengthen relationships, develop practical coping strategies, and achieve meaningful, lasting change.
