WHOLESOME FOOD Chef Cengiz uses a great selection of various fresh cut meat to prepare all barbeque items served to his guest. At Ocakbasi we want the best for our guest so we only use the best ingredients to prepare all of our meals. All of our meat is grilled because we believe that good nutrition is essential. LOCAL PRODUCE We use locally sourced food so our menu items are fresh and tastier for our customers. We also buy locally so we can build strong connection with our local farmers so we work with them one on one and then build a stronger community over time. HALAL CERTIFIED All meat used at Ocakbasi are HMA certified 100 % halal. Our guest can be confident that the meat and ingredients used in our food preparation is 100 % halal. Halal is an Arabic word that means permissible. A halal certificate product means that the product is permissible or acceptable in accordance with Islamic law.
