About Spectrum Therapeutic Solutions

Our counselling therapist and occupational therapist are accepting new referrals for individuals, couples and families. We offer affordable counselling, ensuring people get the support they need at a cost they can afford. Founded in 1995 as an occupational therapy service it grew to include counselling therapy in 2005. Founder Felicia Burchell expanded to be able to "do more, for more." Spectrum uses a biopsychosocial approach striving to meet individuals where they are mentally, physically, emotionally and socially. Providing a safe space for individuals, couples and families to explore their challenges is important to us. We offer individual therapy, couples and marriage therapy and family counselling in our Dartmouth clinic and on-line. We also offer occupational therapy and occupational assessments. Suffering from stress, trauma, depression, anxiety, or loss? Do you need support with your PTSD? Looking for a return to work plan? Contact us. We offer sign language therapy.
