Are you facing challenges that seem insurmountable, leaving you feeling hopeless or emotionally drained? Therapy can help. Through a compassionate, collaborative, and authentic approach, I provide a safe space for individuals, couples, and families to navigate relationship challenges, rebuild trust, and foster deeper emotional connections. Counselling can help strengthen bonds, improve communication, and enhance interpersonal skills, leading to greater understanding and healing. I am licensed to provide counselling in person as well as virtual counselling within Alberta. I provide a 15-minute free consultation call, as well.
