We offer recovery services such as Ice and Heat baths plunge tubs (Contrast Therapy), access to an onsite Remedial Massage Therapist, Normatec Compression suits, recovery stretching, pre-hab equipment and Therabody equipment. These tools and services will allow you to get the most out your recovery session with us to get right back to what you love. The Cove is there to empower the athlete in all of us to make recovery part of your successful training regime.
