About Tidal Trauma Centre: Trauma Therapy And Clinical Counselling

Tidal Trauma Centre provides trauma-informed counselling in Surrey for youth, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, emotional overwhelm, and relationship strain. Many clients come to us feeling constantly on edge, exhausted from holding everything together, or stuck in painful patterns that insight alone has not shifted. Families may be supporting a teen who is withdrawing or reactive. Couples may feel caught in repeated conflict or growing disconnection. Our therapists integrate EMDR, Internal Family Systems, somatic therapy, and emotion-focused approaches to address both emotional patterns and nervous system activation. We focus on lasting change by working beneath surface symptoms, helping clients build regulation, clarity, and stronger relationships. Sessions are available in person at our Cloverdale Surrey clinic and online across British Columbia, including Langley and Vancouver.
