Triple F Athletics is a local, Canadian, woman owned, and operated company located in Abbotsford BC. Tania and Sarah Came up with the concept of Triple F Athletics after going through their own experiences with changing their lifestyle. Their company TFA is more than just an athletic wear company, although retail sales are a big part of what they do, this is only one piece of what makes their company awesome. They believe health is not dependent on size and being the best version of yourself that you can be doesn’t mean sacrificing your wellbeing by placing unrealistic goals upon yourself. We strive to encourage you to put aside the fad diets and thoughts of having to be in the gym 5 or 6 days a week for that ‘get skinny quick’ idea to developing healthy focused habits through food and exercises that work for you and ones that will have a lasting impact. Sarah and Tania have wisdom to share, and that their stories and backgrounds are what make them unique. Both ladies have endured tremendous adversity and overcome challenges such as domestic abuse, substance misuse, poverty as well as weight and health problems. Through facing these challenges, these ladies understand that life isn’t always easy and making health a priority can be extra challenging, especially with so many other pressures. They are are passionate about sharing their stories, failures and success with the hope that others will become inspired and empowered to take control of their lives. Triple F Athletics believes appropriate clothing can boost confidence and enables you to tackle becoming more active and living a healthier lifestyle. The first thing we do in the morning is put on the clothing we are going to wear for the day. Dressing for a healthy lifestyle means having clothing that can be comfortably worn to the gym, for walks. Whatever being active looks like to you, Triple F Athletics wants to be a part of it. Sometimes looking good, means feeling good even on bad days. We all have struggles but one way we can put our best foot forward is to have the best clothing to meet our needs.
