-Physiotherapy -Manual Osteopathy -Massage Therapy WALK IT OFF Spinal Cord Wellness Centre Inc and Physiotherapy is a Not-For-Profit organization that provides Activity-Based-Therapy, education and support to those living with neurological dysfunction, specializing in spinal cord injuries (SCI). We use a unique SCI recovery method that conditions the entire body: Our focus is to stimulate the non-functioning areas of the body through core strengthening and repetitive load bearing exercise. Our program assists clients in maintaining muscle mass and bone density to provide the physical foundation to compliment other therapy programs and to coincide with future medical advances. We aim to improve quality of life and increase independence by maximizing recovery.
