I would like to introduce myself, My name is Michael Bevacqua, and my family takes immense pride in our Italian heritage. We cherish our time-honored traditions and the delectable cuisine that has been handed down for generations. Our culinary legacy has its roots in the farming regions of Italy, and we firmly believe in the "Farm-to-Table" philosophy. Our cuisine is best described as "cucina povera," or cooking for the poor. Our extensive range of food items includes bread, pasta, wine, cured meats, fresh sausages, sauces, canned fruits, and vegetables. Moreover, we take immense pride in raising small game and preserving our rich heritage for future generations. "I have over 20 years of experience as a Food & Beverage Hotelier, working in 5-star hotels located in Downtown Vancouver. It has been a privilege to serve exceptional food, wine, and restaurant services to amazing people.
