About YMCA of Okanagan (offices)

The YMCA of Okanagan was established over 35 years ago as a cause-driven charity with a mission dedicated to building healthy individuals and communities. The head office, located within the Kelowna Family Y, houses the YMCA of Okanagan's administrative, marketing, fund development, accounting and human resource departments. The charity operates three health and wellness community centres- The Kelowna Family YMCA, Downtown YMCA and H2O Adventure + Fitness Centre; they also run youth employment programs, several child care centres, child and youth programs, kids' camps, mental health programs and a variety of community initiative programs. As a charity, the YMCA is able to financially subsidize ALL their programs for those struggling financially, select programs are even free. This ensures that everyone has the ability to participate in character, strength and confidence building programs no matter their income level.
